Your organization earns 10–30% of each product sale. The exact percentage depends on the product sold.

Is there a minimum number of orders?

No. Your fundraiser has no minimum order requirement.

Is there a setup/design fee?

Yes. The $400 fee covers the design of your products and custom fundraising website. Your organization pays $200 upfront, and the remaining $200 is deducted from your first monthly payout.

How long can our fundraiser run?

As long as you’d like! There’s no required end date.

Can supporters personalize merchandise?

Yes. Supporters can personalize eligible merchandise.

Do you ship directly to customers?

Yes. We ship orders directly to customers.

Can we offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available as an option.

When does our organization receive its fundraising payment?

Payments are made monthly on the 7th for sales from the previous month.

Can you create products using our school/team colors and logo?

Yes. We can design merchandise featuring your organization’s colors and logo.

Who handles customer questions?

We do. Our team handles customer service questions about merchandise and orders.
