We try to have all orders processed within 5 business days (Normal Processing Time)

For purchases made after normal business hours (9am-6pm), processing time does not start until the following business day at 9AM.

However, due to the volume of orders, we ask for a Need-by date to ensure all orders are scheduled in the order in which they are needed and not necessarily in the order that they are ordered in.

For Expedited Service (design and ship within 3 business days), please SELECT AND PAY for expedited processing and email your photos to rushorders@sthrngurlcreations.com.

EXPEDITED PROCESSING: Includes shipping via 2-day UPS Air. It does not push your order to the front of the worklist.
