⏰ **Order Details:**
- Once design process is initiated, Cancellation of order will incur a $20 fee.
- Mockups provided for approval with 2 free edits. Additional edits cost $10 each.
- Changing photos from the original submission incurs a $5 fee per photo swap.

🚀 **Processing & Shipping:**
- Normal Processing Time: 7 to 10 business days
- Expedited ($20): 5 to 7 business days (contact us for expedited processing)
- Rush ($50): 2 to 4 business days (contact us for rush processing)
**Note:** We aim to accommodate all reasonable requests but may have limitations based on design requests and processing timeframes.
📦 **Shipping Disclaimer:**
Once packages are transferred to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, ownership transfers to the buyer. We're not responsible for shipping issues (delays, wrong delivery, lost packages, etc.) but offer discounted reprints (up to 50%) for damaged or mis-delivered items.
**PLEASE CHECK SPELLING. All items print "as-is" from mockups. Once approved and/or printed and/or shipped, reprint fee of 50% will apply.

For Expedited Service (To have your order designed AND shipped before the normal processing time of 7 business days), please SELECT AND PAY for EXPEDITED PROCESSING.
EXPEDITED PROCESSING: Includes shipping via at least 2-day shipping via UPS. It does not push your order to the front of the worklist. If you want to ensure your order is processed and shipped sooner please contact us at customerservice@sthrngurlcreations.com to process your payment with a rush fee of $25 AND the expedited shipping (overnight) of calculated based on your address.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order if you so choose. We will try to make reasonable accommodation to reprint your item(s) at a discounted rate (up to 50% depending on the item), but we will not ship out a replacement until the replacement fee has been paid.
